Hukamnama Sahib & Live Kirtan is published on Google Play by Jugraj Singh. These published Child Safety Standards apply to Hukamnama Sahib & Live Kirtan (package com.hukamnamasahib) and to HukamnamaSahib.com.

Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

We explicitly prohibit Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) on Hukamnama Sahib & Live Kirtan and HukamnamaSahib.com. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and for any content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children — including grooming, sextortion, trafficking of a child for sexual purposes, or any other form of CSAE.

No user or third party may use Hukamnama Sahib & Live Kirtan, HukamnamaSahib.com, or our related channels to create, upload, share, solicit, promote, or distribute CSAE or CSAM.

Addressing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

CSAM is illegal. If we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM in or through our app or services, we will remove it promptly, preserve evidence as required by law, and report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority where applicable.

Scope of our services

Hukamnama Sahib & Live Kirtan is a spiritual content app for daily Hukamnama, live kirtan, Nitnem, and related resources. The app does not offer public user profiles, direct messaging between users, or user-generated public feeds. Users may submit feedback or concerns through our in-app contact form or the contact options below.

In-app and online reporting

Hukamnama Sahib & Live Kirtan provides an in-app mechanism for user feedback and reports. If you see content or behaviour that may involve CSAE or CSAM, please report it immediately:

• In the app: open Contact Us from the main menu and submit a report with as much detail as possible.
• On the web: use our contact form and describe your concern in the message.
• By email: jugrajsidhu@gmail.com or info@hukamnamasahib.com with the subject line "Child Safety Report".

For emergencies involving a child in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement agency first.

Our response process

When we receive a child-safety report, we will:

1. Review the report without undue delay.
2. Remove or disable access to any confirmed CSAM or CSAE-related content within our control.
3. Suspend or terminate access for accounts involved in violations, where applicable.
4. Report confirmed CSAM to NCMEC or the appropriate regional authority as required by law.
5. Cooperate with law enforcement and Google Play when legally permitted and appropriate.

Compliance with child safety laws

We comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate. We maintain procedures to act on reports of CSAE and CSAM in line with these standards and with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.
